This edition will bring together human rights defenders, social organizations, academics and representatives of international organizations from around the world for a 24-hour conversation aimed to seek answers to these and other questions, with the objective of valuing the achievements of the global efforts in the defense of human rights, and of proposing actions to increase the effectiveness and scope of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights instruments in response to the new challenges facing humanity.
